Bank Indonesia Institute - Bank Indonesia hosted the 11th  International Islamic Monetary Economics and Finance Conference and Call for Papers (11th IIMEFC) 2025 on October 6, 2025 in Jakarta, Indonesia. With the theme of "The Role of Islamic Economics and Finance in the Era of Digital Transformation, Sustainable Growth and Geopolitical Uncertainty".

The conference was inaugurated by the Governor of Bank Indonesia, Dr. Perry Warjiyo. Plenary speakers at the conference include Prof. Bambang Brodjonegoro, Ph.D from the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI), Prof. Aishath M. from the INCEIF University, and Dr. Muhammad Meki from the University of Oxford. The plenary session was moderated by Prof. Mansor Ibrahim, Managing Editor of JIMF.
